Why HR Fusion?

HR Fusion was created from the belief that business performance, people strategy and mental wellbeing cannot be treated as separate conversations. Organizations are living systems: strategy influences people, leadership shapes culture, and the way people feel, connect and work ultimately affects business results.

For me, HR Fusion is the natural outcome of a career built across these interconnected fields. It brings together business thinking, organizational consulting and psychological insight to help organizations understand both what needs to change and what will enable that change to work in practice.

My professional journey began with a deep interest in people, shaped through my studies in Psychology. As my career evolved, this human perspective became increasingly connected with business strategy, organizational performance and the realities of the workplace.

At a time when careers were often expected to follow a single, clearly defined path, I chose to build mine around the areas I genuinely cared about—bringing together psychology, business and organizational consulting with passion, curiosity and long-term commitment.

Over the years, I continued to develop both sides of my professional identity. Alongside my work in HR and business consulting, I pursued further studies and maintained an active clinical and psychotherapeutic practice. What once appeared to be separate fields has become increasingly interconnected. Today, the relationship between business performance, leadership, workplace culture and mental wellbeing is increasingly central to sustainable organizational growth—and a core pillar of my work.

My Professional Journey

“I followed my curiosity, stayed close to people and kept going through every challenge until the different paths come together.”

With more than 20 years of experience, I have worked with leading multinational and Greek consulting firms, including Hay Group—now Korn Ferry, PwC, Aon Solutions and Planet, where I established the HR Consulting practice under the PLAS brand and led the development of the Mental Health business line under Pulso. My experience spans the full people and organizational agenda—from recruitment, assessment and talent development to performance management, leadership, coaching, organizational design, job evaluation, role and career architecture, grading systems, rewards and salary surveys.

From my time at Aon onwards, I stepped into senior leadership roles, leading teams of professionals with different backgrounds, strengths and areas of expertise. Bringing these perspectives together taught me that people leadership is not simply about setting direction or delivering results. It is about understanding what each person brings, building trust, developing potential and enabling people with different ways of thinking to work effectively towards a shared purpose. I also shaped business and consulting strategy—building new practices, defining priorities and turning ideas into structured services and plans.

My background in psychology includes clinical and diagnostic assessment across cognitive functioning, personality and broader psychological wellbeing. In my psychotherapeutic practice, I work from a group-analytic and psychodynamic perspective with adults, groups, couples and families, while also providing mental health support in both clinical and workplace settings. This combination enables me to understand organizations through more than their strategies, structures and systems. I also look at the people behind them—their behaviors, relationships, motivations, challenges and capacity to grow.

I hold a BSc in Psychology from the University of Ioannina, postgraduate specializations in Personality and Clinical Assessment and in Couples and Family Psychodynamic Therapy, and an MBA from ALBA Graduate Business School.

For me, consulting is more than a profession. It is a way of thinking—asking the right questions, making sense of complexity, connecting different perspectives and turning insight into clear, practical direction. It has also taught me how to manage complex projects, align multiple stakeholders and workstreams, and move ideas from initial thinking through to implementation.

Today, I bring together business thinking, organizational experience, people leadership, project management discipline and psychological insight to help people and organizations understand what truly matters, navigate change and move forward with greater clarity, confidence and care.
