Our recruitment process goes beyond sourcing. Every phase is structured to improve the signal-to-noise ratio, so that by the time you are making a final decision, you are choosing between genuinely strong candidates, not just available ones.

Talent search, mapping and pre-selection

We start with a full role profile analysis, covering objectives, competencies, organisational context, and compensation. We then map the target talent market, assess pool availability, and define the sourcing strategy across job postings, our professional network, and targeted direct search. A progressive assessment model means suitable candidates are evaluated as they emerge, reducing time-to-fill without sacrificing quality.

Structured talent assessment and final selection

Candidates who clear pre-screening (typically 25–35% of the initial pool) proceed to a structured half-day Assessment Centre. This combines competency-based interviews, diagnostic tools covering cognitive ability, personality and behavioural tendencies, and role-specific exercises. Every assessed candidate receives a structured profile report covering key strengths, development areas, and role-related risks with practical management recommendations.

Selection support and onboarding

We support the final decision and offer stage with advisory guidance on offer structuring and expectation alignment. Where agreed, we provide optional onboarding support after the candidate joins, including alignment meetings with the hiring manager and short coaching sessions, to reduce early attrition risk and improve quality of hire.

FLEXIBLE ENGAGEMENT

Each phase can also be delivered as a standalone service

Not every organisation needs the full end-to-end process. If you manage recruitment internally and only need structured assessment for a shortlist, we can step in at that point alone. HR Fusion can be engaged for any single phase, or any combination of phases, depending on where you need support.

Search and pre-selection only

We source and screen candidates and hand over a qualified shortlist for your internal team to take forward.

Assessment only

You provide a shortlist of 3–5 candidates. We run the structured Assessment Centre and deliver a candidate report for each.

Onboarding support only

For candidates already selected, we provide post-signing integration support to reduce early attrition and accelerate performance.
