About the Role
On behalf of one of the companies we support, HR Fusion is looking for a Sales Assistant to join a retail team in Athens.
The ideal candidate is professional, approachable and comfortable working in a customer-facing environment. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys communication, teamwork and hands-on daily interaction with customers.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in the store
Provide clear information about products and services
Support daily store operations and product presentation
Handle basic customer requests in a professional manner
Work closely with the store team to maintain a smooth customer experience
Requirements
Previous experience in retail or customer service will be considered an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Professional attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work as part of a team
Good knowledge of Greek and basic knowledge of English
